Add tropies if required, suggest one trophy per 5 attending - High Gun,  Best Novice, Booby prize etc as appropriate to the event. Let us know if corporate wording required. Note, this is an alcohol free event, no consumption before or during shooting. Any-one under the influnce of alcohol will not be allowed to shoot but will still be charged (unused clays for any booked non-shooters are divided back into shooting attendees).
