Thank you for your interest in making a purchase on www.shotgun-store.co.uk These terms of sale govern your purchases on our site.

General

We do not sell products to persons under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you may only purchase products on our site with authority given by either a parent or guardian.

You acknowledge that any use of the site is subject to our Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. These Terms of sale are expressly incorporated into the Terms and Conditions for the site. In addition, any personal information you provide to us will be subject to our Privacy Policy. Before using our site, please read through all of these documents carefully.

Your Order

Every order that you place on our site will be subject to acceptance in accordance with the Terms of Sale. The final details of your order will be listed at the end of the checkout process. Following completion of the checkout process, we will send you and email confirming receipt of your order, detailing the products you have ordered with an order number, and setting forth the shipping address and delivery method for your order. We will attempt to send you a UPS tracking number by email. Please inform us immediately if there are any errors in your order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order and/or prevent access to the site at any time, with or without cause.

Payment

We will take payment from your credit card when you place your order. If we are unable to supply the product that you have ordered, we will contact you by email or phone.

Misprints and Pricing

We are very careful at Mandel, but sometimes errors occur. All errors are subject to our correction. We reserve the right to change prices and specifications without notice. All discounts we offer are time limited and are dependent on product availability. Accordingly, the price of our products may change from time to time.

Shipping Policies and Delivery

Delivery fees may vary depending on what products you have in your basket and your location. Currently our standard UK delivery fee is £7.95, Europe £16.95 and the rest of the world is £24.95. Delivery fees are shown clearly in your basket and at point of confirmation before checkout.

Mandel reserves the right to limit quantities and/or adjust shipping charges on bulk orders.

Standard delivery timescales can vary. Product dispatch is normally within 24 hours and you can expect delivery within 2-3 working days within the UK. Outside of the UK please allow up to 7 day for delivery within Europe and 14 days for the rest of the world. We can speed up delivery if required for additional fees negotiated before dispatch.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order at any time starting from when you place the order until it is dispatched after which you will need to refer to our returns policy. There is no penalty for cancelling your order. We will issue a full refund if money has been taken or cancel the payment via out merchant management system if payment is still pending. We will confirm to you once that has been done. We can also cancel your order at any time up until it is dispatched if we are unable to fulfil the order for any reason. If this should happen we will inform you and issue a refund to the full value of any payment you have made.

Return Policy

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please return your merchandise and a copy of the invoice within 60 days from the date of the invoice for a full refund minus shipping cost. If you prefer an exchange, please let us know and we will send it promptly. If your item arrives damaged, please keep all boxes and packing materials and immediately contact for further instructions.

Any choke that has been used in a manner not intended by Mandel for the designed purpose may not be returned.

To return your purchase simply put the merchandise and the invoice in the Post box.

Please indicate the action to be taken (exchange/refund). For your protection please insure your package for its full value. Unfortunately we cannot accept parcels sent freight collect or COD.
